When I called about a small problem with my Otterbox fro my IPad, the response and service was unbelievably fantastic. I was expecting to have extreme trouble getting any satisfaction. To my surprise the service rep rapidly told me that I simply needed to provide a photo of my damaged Otterbox and email it to them. They would replace it immediately with no additional cost to me. In a time when you feel like you need to wage a battle to the death to get any satisfaction, its nice to deal with a company with enough integrity to simply stand behind their product with pride and not contempt toward any customer who would have the audacity to ask for a company to stand behind the quality of their product.

When i purchased my new device i new there was only one case I could trust to ensure total protection, that is the Otterbox Defender. It wasn't readily available at the time of my device purchase, however, I patiently awaited it's release. I only use otterbox for all my devices. I love this product, however, I thought it was supposed to have a sleep/wake mechanism when i use the cover which i did not notice.

As usual, heavy duty protection for an expensive I

This is my fourth or fifth OtterBox defender purchased to protect and expensive piece of technology. I have never been disappointed nor have any of my devices been damaged. The only downside to this version is that there is no place to put the Apple Pencil. There are some aftermarket items that will allow me to keep the pencil with the device. I also have OtterBox on my phone and know that I've never suffered any damage to any of those phones as well.
