Grippy but not sticky

The pad was purchased to serve as a underlayment for an area rug. It was simple to install, basically unfold and spread out. It can be sized if necessary with a pair of scissors. It prevents any movement of the area rug. It's perforations allow breathability and it does not stick to the hardwood floor, all in all a perfect solution to maintain the area rug position.
