This complete plug-n-play kit is perfect for adding wireless control to a variety of plug-in devices, such as a floor lamp, a plug-in fan, holiday lights, and more. The kit includes 3 plug-in control outlets, plus 1 remote (3-channel) to wirelessly turn On/Off each individual outlet. Using the battery-powered remote, you can turn On/Off your devices from up to 100 feet (30m) away (​​line-of-sight range; actual range may vary depending on the installation and operating environment). Each Wireless Outlet plugs into a standard power outlet, and your device to be controlled plugs into the Wireless Outlet. Each Outlet is numbered, and a corresponding number is marked on the remote next to that Outlet's ON and OFF buttons to which it is paired. To switch the outlet's device ON or OFF, simply press the corresponding button on the remote. The plugged-in device may also be turned ON/OFF locally at the Outlet by pressing the Outlet's pairing button.
