Great little appliance.

Very sleek and compact. I have issues with lifting and the cooler is lightweight without the water inside. The water is loaded into the bottom of the cooler. It just slides in easily and the pump is placed on top and locks into place. The water is very hot. No need to boil for a hot beverage. Cold water stays cold. Very user friendly. A must buy. No more unsightly bottles on top of a cooler. It looks like my appliances. The red flashing light will indicate when to change the water. I would highly recommend this purchase.
