These lozenges are designed to help you kick the smoking habit without the nasty tars, toxins and other chemicals in smoke. Minimize swallowing. Do not chew or swallow lozenge. you may feel a warm or tingling sensation occasionally move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until completely dissolved (about 20-30 minutes) do not eat or drink 15 minutes before using or while the lozenge is in your mouth to improve your chances of quitting, use at leat 9 lozenges per day for the first 6 weeks do not use more than one lozenge at a time of continuously use one lozenge after another since this may cause you hiccups, heartburn, nausea or other side effects do not use more than 5 lozenges in 6 hours. Do not use more than 20 lozenges per day. it is important to complete treatment. If you feel you need to use the lozenge for a longer period to keep from smoking, talk to your health care provider.

Still smoke free!
I have yet to touch a cigarette since I started using the habitrol nicotine lozenges 4 mg mint flavored. This is a huge deal because I have tried prescription medication as well as over the counter patches, and nothing has been successful Beyond a few days. I think what has helped in this success has been giving my mouth something to do rather than wrap my lips around a cigarette. I still found the need to do something with my hands when the mental part got intense but this really helped with the physical cravings. The hardest part for me was the mornings for the first week because that was the first thing I would reach for but the want to quit smoking kicks in here and you just got to convince yourself to use the lozenje instead of the cigarette. Will continue using these and buying more and highly recommend!

I didn't use them long enough
These are just okay, the flavor could be more minty and they make my throat tingle a little. I was gifted them to test, unfortunately I only received 1 box which lasted aout 3 days. So I ended up smoking again after a week. But I think they helped while I was using them.
