Davinci Frem 4-in-1 Convertible Crib

The last step was to add the front rail. It's a snug fit to get it into place. We were being so careful and still it scratched the 2 side pieces or end pieces. It seemed like for the piece we shouldn't have been able to make scratches so easily. I can't imagine it's going to withstand a toy bumping into it. I also wish the front rail had a thin plastic protective piece across the top. Toddlers will eventually stand in the crib and want to bite on the rail. I feel as though cribs from the past had better protection for the toddler's teeth as well as maintaining the integrity of the crib. I thought the directions were fairly easy to follow. I thought the crib looked nice once it was put together.
