I feel a bit more balanced and less uncomfortable.
The softgels are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste, which I appreciate. I started using it to support my overall women's health, especially around that time of the month, and I've noticed I feel a bit more balanced and less uncomfortable than usual. It's also standardized with GLA, which made me feel more confident about the quality.
