Taking Habitrol Lozenges is a form of Nicotine Replacement Therapy and an effective quit smoking aid. These lozenges are designed to help you kick the smoking habit without the nasty tars, toxins and other chemicals in smoke. No studies have been done to show if this product will work for you. before using this product, read the enclosed User’s Guide for complete directions and other important information begin using the lozenge on your quit day if you smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up, use 4 mg nicotine lozenge if you smoke your first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up, use 2 mg nicotine lozenge according to the following 12 week schedule: WEEKS 1 TO 6 (1 LOZENGE EVERY 1 TO 2 HOURS) WEEKS 7 TO 9 (1 LOZENGE EVERY 2 4O 4 HOURS) WEEKS 10 TO 12 (1 LOZENGE EVERY 4 TO 8 HOURS). nicotine lozenge is a medicine and must be used a certain way to get the best results place the lozenge in your mouth and allow the lozenge to slowly dissolve (about 20-30 minutes). Minimize swallowing. Do not chew or swallow lozenge. you may feel a warm or tingling sensation occasionally move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until completely dissolved (about 20-30 minutes) do not eat or drink 15 minutes before using or while the lozenge is in your mouth to improve your chances of quitting, use at leat 9 lozenges per day for the first 6 weeks do not use more than one lozenge at a time of continuously use one lozenge after another since this may cause you hiccups, heartburn, nausea or other side effects do not use more than 5 lozenges in 6 hours. Do not use more than 20 lozenges per day. it is important to complete treatment. If you feel you need to use the lozenge for a longer period to keep from smoking, talk to your health care provider.

Great way to stop smoking!
I loved the way these lozenges tasted. They had a very pleasant flavor and no bad aftertaste. They really did help with the withdrawal from smoking. I've tried to stop smoking many times. I'm hoping this time is the one that lasts. I took these as the directions stated, and had no issues. I haven't smoked in two weeks. I have actually purchased more of these already. I highly recommend.

Stop smoking with a little help
I think these mints are perfect! They are not too strong or over-bearing. They didn't cause an upset stomach or make me feel dizzy. The flavor was just right. And as long as you are ready and wanting to quit then Habitrol Nicotine Lozenges are the way to go. Any time I had a nicotine craving through the day, approximately 5 or 6 times, I would pop in a lozenge and would become focused on the lozenge and keep my mind off of wanting that cigarette. While I have not completely stopped smoking, as of yet, I have been able to cut way back on my cigarettes. I will be purchasing more Habitrol Nicotine Lozenges to be able to continue with my goal of becoming smoke free. I highly recommend this product.

Helps with the craving
I've been using the Habitrol 2mg Mint Nicotine Lozenges for a little while now, and they've been a great help in cutting back on smoking. The mint flavor is clean and refreshing—not too strong or chalky like some others. They dissolve well and give just enough nicotine to take the edge off cravings without being too much. I also like that they're small and easy to carry around, so I can have one discreetly when I need it. Overall, they've made the process of quitting a lot more manageable.
