I'm a guy who likes to be active outdoors in the winter. I was looking for a pair of warm tights I could wear for running or cycling. These are it. For the ladies, I'd advise to pair these with shorts, dress or a skirt as there is some kind of a noticeable seam around the thighs where the body Shaper part starts. As for me, wearing a pair of cycling bibs or gym shorts will cover things up nicely. Warmer than any ten dollar mens tights I have and incredibly supportive of "the boys"
