Solar Powered Fountain Pro and Con

Instructions are not clear. The pump itself can either be suction cupped to the bottom with a tube (not supplied) leading to the fountain intake, which will not allow the fountain to float freely; OR the pump can be attached to the bottom of the solar disc, allowing the fountain to float freely. The kit did arrive in a timely manner, pretty much when originally estimated.
