Issues Happen; Customer Service Excelled

Our hood was purchased nearly a month prior to installation, due to delays in the kitchen update. Once opened,the hood extension was not included. We called Customer Satisfaction who acknowledged the issue, didn't question the delay in opening the package, and 4 days later we had the hood extension. Issues happen for all companies, but customer support like this earns business. Thank you.
