1. Add cold brew to the growler IMPORTANT: Only fill the growler up to 50%-75% maximum (80 oz). The gas needs space to form! Filling the growler up all the way can cause unwanted pressure leakage, since the gas will need to escape! 2. Install the faucet: add small thin black rubber ring to spear/faucet connection point (one of four in ziploc bag). Attach plastic hose.3. Put the 2g Nitrogen cartridge in jacket.4. Screw in jacket until you hear hissing noise.5. Shake keg well (15-20 seconds), let it sit to absorb gas from the 1st cartridge before adding 2nd, 3rd and 4th cartridge if using Nitrogen (if using nitrous oxide use only 2). Then, put into fridge for 1 hr. 6. Enjoy your nitro brew coffee! Note: All tap systems drip due to excess foam, so tap your glass on the edge of the stout faucet tip after you've closed the tap. Use our included tap plug to close off the faucet tip.
