While this does seem well made, I have to return it do to size. I ordered per the 7-8 year old description however these are so long and large in the waist that I think they would fit a 12yo. My kiddo is 8 yo, 50lbs, appxox 4'2" and the waist came up her nipples while the legs were still dragging on the floor!
