Unique Home Enea 7 Piece Collection Comforter Set Abstract Polygon Pattern Clearance Bedding Comforter Duvet Cover Set (Queen, Gray Brown)

I wanted to love this comforter set because the combination of colors was perfect for my master bedroom. However, I couldn't have been more disappointed. When it arrived, the packaging was torn. The plastic cover for the comforter was also torn so that a corner of the comforter was actually sticking out and exposed from the package. The comforter itself was very flimsy and cheaply made with a lot loose threads, etc. The same was true for all of the accessories (pillow sham cases, bed skirt and throw pillows). I'm definitely sending it back but now have encountered yet another problem. It was shipped without a return label or receipt enclosed. I've logged onto the WalMart website and when I try accessing the returns by mail page and put my order number in, I receive an error message so I'm not able to print the return label or receipt for my order. Very frustrating! It's going back one way or another. This is the first time that I've done any online shopping with WalMart and it looks like it will also be my last. Very disappointed.
