Terrible!!!!

The whole curtain is a mess! Disappointed! Looks like it was a return, balled up in a plastic bag with tape all around it! No instructions except in Chinese! What a waste of money! Shame on you for sending something like this! I want my money back! If I could give this zero stars I would!
