I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a specific item, but received something completely different. When I contacted the vendor and Walmart, they made it very difficult to resolve the issue, and I was forced to pay to return the incorrect item to avoid losing my refund. On top of that, I wasn't even allowed to return it to a Walmart store, which would have been much more convenient. Working with both the vendor and Walmart customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better from Walmart and will think twice before ordering again.
