I ordered this for my 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500. When my order came I was so disappointed because FedEx damaged my order so bad the metal was gouged and the rubber was missing and they delivered on a Friday late afternoon so I thought I would not get any response until Monday. Saturday morning I called to tell them what had happened and they were actually there and answered my phone call immediately. The guy on the phone was so pleasant and sent a new one out immediately and I received it by my normal FedEx guy without any issues. My husband and I installed it with the instructions and the step by step video and it went pretty smooth just a little time consuming, which was to be expected, maybe an hour and a half. It fits perfectly and protects any belongings I want to put in the bed of my truck! I love it! Thank you RC!
