My daughter is a petite 18 year old who wears a size 6½ in womens (small feet). Four days before the beginning of her welding program she was told she needed leather, steel toe, oil resistant, and slip resistant work boots in order to be marked present for class. The local Walmart had TONS of work boots, but nothing in a men's size 4 (children's sizes). I panicked and started looking online even before we left the store. We found these and they arrived in 2 days, fit perfectly, and met all the requirements.
