Good value, hopefully good durability

So far, so good with the Summit Trail Climber tires. I just had these put on so can't speak in terms of treadwear or overall durability, but the ride and handling are much better since replacing a set of decidedly worn Nexen Roadians. I was leaning toward replacing with the same brand as the Nexen tires seemed to do fine over the 4 years and around 50,000 miles I drove on them, but the Summits were a better value and had overall good reviews, plus I quickly found out putting new rubber on 20" wheels is NOT cheap! I'll be eager to see if the Summits can match the durability of the Nexens for about $80 less per tire.

A great EV tire for a SUV

Quiet, great wet traction, no hydroplaning like my OEM tires. For a EV, be sure to get the model with a 105, that gives extra weight carrying capacity, some have a 101, the OEM gave me a 101 which was a lower carrying capacity on an EV, weird..lol.. Anyway, very pleased with these tires.

Preformed flawlessly during Colorado blizzard x3

Before I went on a new year's excursion up to colorado I put these tires on my 2017 Ford Explorer platinum. During the estimated, six hours of travel time, three blizzards had come across my path, turning it into a thirteen hour trek. Not once did I have to question these tires ability to handle snow and light ice, sometimes leading the way through fresh snow. These tires got me safely to my destination. Under normal circumstances, these tires drive well with not much noise.
