The are very comfortable.and i like the way they elevate you and have an adjustable strap so you can fit it with the right snugness that you want the very easy to get on and off right now I live in a cold climate so I've been wearing them in the house. It allows me to walk around my house with arch support yet I can easily take them off if I sit down I don't want anything on my feet while I'm sitting. They are really nice addition to my footwear.
