Burnt out in 32 days

Not worth it!!! Purchased the exact OEM part number and this bulb was too long and the base required me to drill it out to make bulb fit in old socket!!! Not a great experience.

Is this bulb for 220 volt system?

I bought this as a replacement for a Carrier UV light bulb. The bulb sent is a GPH508T5L/4P and not the UVLXXRPL3020 (220 volt) advertised. The bulb burnt out in less than an hour. Nowhere in the specifications does it say this bulb is for 220 volt system. There are also bulbs for 120 volt systems with similar description available. It is possible that it is the bulb for the 120 volt system or that the electronics package, that this bulb plugs into, is malfunctioning.
