Don't overspend on others, buy this one.

It can be very difficult to find the right mattress protector. I have a 16 inch thick mattress and this fits perfectly and the straps are a nice touch. Not too many protectors can accommodate a 16 inch thick mattress. Prices for mattress protectors also vary immensely, anywhere from $10 to $500 plus. This protector is a great value. One could easily pay double the cost of this protector and the product would not be of satisfactory quality. It has a reasonable warranty and it is very quiet.

I'm a hot sleeper and needed a mattress protector that would not add heat. Often when you see the word cooling you hesitate because most products don't live up to the hype. But this one really keeps the heat away. The bed feels cool. And the protective waterproof features are a bonus to protect my investment in a mattress. Fits my queen size bed. Sleeping on it is comfortable. Overall I'm really impressed.
