Works like magic!
Like many I have had diverticulitis for years. I recently came across this Calming Blends tea and thought I may as well give it a try. I can't express how well this tea works at reducing diverticulitis flare up's. It definitely reduces the inflammation and pain of diverticulitis. I would suggest getting a "Yucurem reusable stainless steel tea strainer infuser" as it's loose tea not in bags. This tool makes it much easier to brew. You could strain it through a paper coffee filter too if you have them to get the bits out. Try this tea you won't be sorry you did!

When I feel I'm getting ready to have a diverticulitis flare, I'll drink two cups a day of this tea. This tea actually keeps me off antibiotics and calms my gut. It is a staple in my home, and it even travels on vacation with me.
