True to size

I almost returned these because I didn't properly know how to measure a ball. If you measure it deflated, it will not be 20in. When I googled I realized I was wrong, and I inflated the ball and sure enough, it is all of 20". Super important for those competing in the Senior Olympics!

First off, no way these are 20 inches. 3 of these the plug is broken and will not stay closed, and they are really poor quality
