I was leary when I saw that it was a mattress in a box! It arrived the next day and when we took it out of the box I was still unsure how that very thin thing could come out as a 12" mattress. No sooner that we used the tool that came with it to open the bag and wrapping, it started to expand. In no time at all, there was our new mattress. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I would not have believed it. It was amazing. The next night, we slept like a couple of babies. We both have major mobility issues and we woke up this morning rested and refreshed. Best nights sleep I have had in a long time. We slept soundly all night long. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone who needs a new mattress!!! You won't be sorry you bought one, you'll Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
