Surprise cheap workable pots.
Due to the pots lightweight, I was afraid my food would burn quickly; but little did I know that these flimsy feeling pots would hold their own. Today I challenged these pots by cooking some grits in the small one and it did its thing. Cooked with no sticking which I used a spatula to stir the grits and once cooled cleanup was a breeze. Now I'm looking to buy another set for myself and my niece.
