The texture is thick and creamy, but it sinks in well without leaving a greasy feeling. It's fragrance-free, which I love because scented products tend to irritate my skin. From the first use, I noticed how soothing and hydrating it is—my skin feels soft and comfortable for hours. Definitely a staple in my routine, even my husband has started to use it!

Scent free, natural and extremely moisturising
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such an amazingly moisturising cream. I've used it for over 2 weeks now and my skin feels so supple, it's made of natural ingredients and has 0 fragrance hence no rashes or redness. I've used Cetaphil only since my kids were born, based upon dermat's recommendation and it's good to see Cetaphil range for adults as well. Packaging is also so convenient to use in the tube, and I use it every single day. Love it!
