Capri Notte is made from extremely pure aluminum and features a revolutionary nonstick coating that resembles the night sky. The durable coating offers the ultimate scratch-resistance. The Dark Granitium coating is safe to use with metal utensils and will never blister or peel. With this dishwasher-safe cookware you’ll enjoy quick release and easy clean up every time you cook.

Fabulous find
This has turned out to be an amazing investment. I wasn't sure if I would be happy with the non-stick, but it is outstanding. It's not your typical non-stick. But it is quite possibly the best non-stick we have ever owned. It's hard to find lids for fry pans so the lid included which fits all the pieces is super handy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the entire line, 3 sauté pans + extra sauté pan set with silicone lid, everyday pan and 10pc set …. This is my second set, in the new black finish (previous was gray). I have recommended this brand to all my family and friends!
