Fraud. They sent remanufactured cartridges!

Fraud. I hit the "reorder" option for this ink, since I had gotten new cartridges in the past with no issue. When I received these, they were refurbished cartridges. My printer gave an error saying these were "previously used," which prompted me to check the box, which said they were remanufactured. The color cartridge was printing faded black ink when I tried to still make the best of the situation and use them. The description does not say these are remanufactured and I feel this is fraud when I previously received new cartridges the last time I ordered.

sticking with name brand, HP

I installed these ink cartridges, and my printer keeps giving me a counterfeit ink cartridge message as well as a try installing them again and if the problem isnt resolved replace with new ink cartridges. I've installed numerous hp ink cartridges prior and never have had an issue before. Im very disappointed that these didnt work!

I only paid the EXTRA COSTS per cassette,

I only paid to EXTRA COST per cassette because they were in supposed to be in original HP boxes, LIKE IN THE PHOTO! If you had to substitute, you should have notified me and CHARGED ME the LOWER costs per cassette. How do I know this is not a refurnished cassettes?They are cheaper, sometimes not completely filled, or dried out because of poor packeting! I want charge you the different in prices of ALL 4 cassette. Thanks in advance.
