Totally fed up with Walmart

I ordered this rug December 2, 2024 and it arrived 3 days later. The same day it arrived I returned it to my neighbor Walmart, because the color was not as dark as I preferred. The contact says free returns until January 31. 2025. Why wasn't my money return returned to me immediately after the return. Today is December 12, 2024, I still have not been returned all of my money. I got it from Walmart and returned it to Walmart. I'm a loyal customer and shop there more than once a day. Totally unacceptable Customer Service. If I needed someone to hold my money I could have left it in a bank or code another store. Please do better Walmart, stop being petty.
