Cellulartech the company that sold this tablet was very quick to respond when I had a problem trying to activate it on a cellular network. I think the problem was the tablet was showing up as locked to a foreign network.They fixed it, and it works great now. They also did me a favor. They sent me an Email that said what they were going to do. It ended up in a Spam folder, and I deleted it prior my reading it. They resent it the next day. Thanking them for a great tablet, at a great price Would definitely deal with them again.

The tablet does registered with Samsung official website automatically without any issue. The tablet is brand new. Package is sealed properly. Switching from using iPad for years, I am very happy with Samsung tablet. It takes a little adjustment to Android. Very happy with it. Good value for the money.
