Worth it!

Just got done with the 1st test drive after installing and alignment. I noticed an instant improvement, steering is now very responsive and tight!! Huge improvement and saved 1/2 the cost of another estimate I got from another shop. Since I started upgrading I have used all RC and haven't been disappointed!! RC should give me free stuff as a ambassador.

A great fit

I just installed this on my 99 XJ and it was a perfect fit. I got rid of the Goliath offroad setup I had for this kit so I could do easier toe and drag link adjustments without having to unbolt everything and mess with heim joints. This is a great upgrade to the stock Y steering drag and tie rod. I did have to order a reaming bit but that is called out so just be prepared with a 5/8” drill bit and the right sized 7 degree reamer. I used tap magic on the reamer to make quick work of the knuckle and pitman arm. Once I got the hubs on each side parallel to each other and square using a bolt on alignment jig from bleepin jeep, it was very short work to get my toe set and getting my steering wheel straight. I love that all I have to do is loosen the jam nut on each side and twist the bar to adjust. This kit also resolved the interference issue I had with the Goliath setup smashing into my sway bar mount on the passenger side. It clears beautifully and clears the diff cover no problem as well.
