Incorrect parts, not able to use

Product looks like the description, and should be able to hold an AC unit per the product title But the product came with incorrect size hex nuts that would not fit the bolts used. Therefore, I could not install the unit and have an unusable bracket. But the Incorrect nuts, unable to install.
