Best Nonstick I've Ever Used!
Many companies are phasing out real non-stick. KitchenAid is one of the last companies still making traditional non-stick rather than ceramic non-stick (which doesn't perform as well). This pan has a durable coating that also covers the interior rivets, which makes cleaning much easier. This is one of the best pans I've found.
