Very squeeky boots

The boots are cute, but as soon as I took them out of the box to try on I heard a lot of squeeking noise and when I put them on and walked around inside the house the squeeking continued. I don't know if the noise will go away once the boots get broken in, but I kind of doubt it. More than likely will return. Also the laces are very cheaply made. Too bad, boots are cute and seem like they would be comfortabe.
