It's a beautiful mirror and appears to be great quality but it arrived cracked on the top left and bottom right corner. I messaged the seller and am awaiting their response. I hope this issue will be resolved quickly and efficiently.

Mirror arrived damaged and broken. I requested a refund and the company stated to give 3 to 5 business days for the refund. It has been almost three weeks and still no refund. I have contacted them only to be told the very same thing. The last time I emailed them, asking where my refund was, they never responded back. I would not purchase from this company, Royal Hampton.
