Not quite heavy duty but gets the job done.

I wouldn't necessarily call this "heavy duty." Overall this is a good product for the price ($13 on clearance.) It will serve it's purpose and then some, as long as it holds up. The metal tubes are strong enough but not what I'd consider heavy duty. Same for the wheels. One wheels connector actually bent as I was putting the wheel onto the stand.

Very good for light weight

I like that it is two different rails and you can adjust them. The outer ends are adjustable too. Using it for my daughter's dress up clothes. Wouldn't recommend a bunch of heavy clothing.
