It's a very good idea to have both 3000K and 5000K in one bulb depending on your needs. The 3000K brightness is just like the incandescent bulbs. There are clear and white bulbs to choose from. Clear ones are definitely better than white ones. I like these bulbs very much but it seemed to be discontinued already.

looks nice but not long lasting
Lights look great in my bathroom fixtures however the quality and value for your money is not great. We have 4 bulbs in the fixtures and one went dead after only a few months. i thought it was a bad bulb so bought an extra box thinking we would have extra replacements. fast forward 9 months and we have had to now replace 3 of the 4 bulbs. although the appearance is great, they are not long lasting and we were looking for a long lasting option, especially since they are led.
