Wrong product sent and ZERO customer service

An absolutely horrible experience all around. It has been a week since I was sent the wrong product, and even with FIVE attempts over five days of sending both emails messages thru FB asking for a representative to contact me, I received nothing except auto generated replies saying I would be contacted within 24 hours. I will NEVER again order from any company that does not provide a phone for customer service issues. This skirt was ordered to match others for a special event and was important to me, I'm very very disappointed in how this company takes care of its customers and won't order from here again.
