    Excellent!

    For me it helped with shedding but it did not make my hair stronger, shiny or healthier. It helped it grow/growth while I was working out some "fun" hormonal issues. Generally you want to take it with a B vitamin. It's supposed to make it more effective.

    As a vitamin supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.     easy to take

    tiny pill, easy to swallow, happy with the value of it and the benefits! Improvement on my nails and hair are very visible! package is secure and easy to carry if needed. No taste, which is great. Have already recommended to friends and they are also very happy with it!
