super easy to install

this is out first season of use so I may change my review down the line, but so far -we are super happy with this purchase. It took my husband about 4 hours to install it and he was taking breaks in between drilling holes in the concrete. It's standing up to the ice and snow at this point and we feel much safer letting our dogs out in the back yard now. This saved us about $1500 by doing it ourselves rather than having our pool maintenance company install it.
