Functional and exactly what it says

It is exactly as written in the instructions. The parts are mid-grade plastic and fit together nicely without tools. It took me about 5 minutes to put them all together. The largest shoe size that doesn't overhang is probably a US men's size 10 or maybe a 9. My size 12/13 shoes overhang a bit, but are still securely in the shoe closet. All in all, I'm still very happy with them overall.
