Easy to set up, easy to use. Read the instruction pamphlet prior to use, literally like anything else. The specs are not listed, but the maximum average PSI of this machine for pressure cooking is about 90kpa, which is 13.5 PSI in burger, and the average PSI in the documentation, is 60kpa, which is 8.7 PSI in burger. Cooked a basic 3.5lb corned beef in it, in about an hour and a half from tossing into the pot, to the dish. Pretty impressed for the price. Will update as time goes on. It comes with everything you need to actually start pressure cooking, and I found it really easy to clean. I will update, again, as the unit ages and I use it for more functions. !!! the pamphlet says you should remove power prior to cleaning, you should do this because it will beep at you too if you do not, and the same for removing the pot when done. !!!
