good product not the best experience

I received the items in good condition and they work beautifully. The only issue was during shipping and and the customer service diring that time. The wrong tracking was sent to me and the CS agent was only able to send an email on my behalf with no details communicated during or after the inital contact was made. i had to call the third party to resolve the issue and even then the tracking number was sent to walmart rather than me who still didnt communicate any updates.
