I live in Arizona where lotion and lip balm is a MUST! Last through the day. Reapply evening. going out. Not greasy or sticky if rubbed in. And the dry lip skin rolls right off. If you use regularly doesn't shaggy mouth doesn't happen - you know those annoying dry spots on your lips you bite at that some rip too deep when you light try to chew them off. Lips are fuller and smooth when lick your lips. Expensive? not really if you consider you on my need a time drop to do the trick. You want glossy lips use a gloss. This is so much more and really conditions your lips.
