First time trying not only this product, but kombucha overall. I was not disappointed in the taste at all. I did finish the entire 16oz within an hour's time - I don't think the bottle provided instructions as to how much one should drink in a single sitting and I didn't double-check either. Perhaps I should have! I still don't regret it, though it did go straight through me by the time I'd finish cooking and eating dinner - which was maybe 3hrs tops. I feel much better now, so complaints here. ᵕ̈
