Item depicted and final product is not the same!

The personilization of the product was correct. The delivery time was great. The finished product was the issue. The advertised picture of this product has the colors popping out at you and the product appears to be crisp and shiny. The product I received was extremely dull and a powder like finish covered the face of it. It appeared as if someone dumped talcum powder all over it and can not get it off. Also their is a chip in the print.
