I use to think you

I use to think you were great but now even though you have great products your ability to work with and make your customers happy really fails. You sent me an alternator and forgot to send the pulley and instead of simply sending the pulley that you missed you want me to repack it find a place to return it from, drive it there and wait two or three weeks for it to come back hopefully complete. I will find someone to sell me a pulley and move on and buy my electrical equipment somewhere else.
