This was also sent to Walmart Customer Service on 9-9-25 and I have still not receive a response from WLCelite or Walmart. Hi Andy, The notice I get on my HP Envy 4500 Printer after loading the ink cartridge is as follows: "Ink Cartridge(s) Problem - The following Ink Cartridge(s) must be replaced". I tried removing and reinstalling, I tried turning the printer off/on, I tried unplugging the printer and plugging it back in, I tried the methods indicated on the Installation Instructions enclosed in the ink cartridge box. As for your comment that the printer sometimes fails to identify them or function properly, I have never had to deal with this issue before. The installation process for an ink cartridge for any printer I have owned has been, Remove Old Cartridge, Install New, Print Alignment Page and Scan Alignment Page. I do not have the time or patience to perform all kinds of backdoors tricks try to get an ink cartridge to work with my printer. I also see on the back of the Installations Instructions a solution to fix an issue with "Print Quality" that calls for running the printer nozzle/printhead cleaning function, and also manually cleaning the nozzle 2-3 times using a towel. As I have never had this type of problem, it leads me to believe this is probably another issue that can be caused by the cartridge. The Only solution that I would find acceptable would be to provide me a Return Shipping Label and notify Walmart to issue a credit to my account for the cost of the ink cartridges. Thank You, John
