This chicken coop run was delivered today by Fed Ex. After the boxes were left at our door and the driver was gone, I noticed a huge, gaping 8" hole at one end of the box containing all the metal brackets, poles and supports. There were no installation instructions or parts listed in the box so I have no idea if any parts went missing through the hole. There were 4 small parts remaining in that end of the box where similar size parts would easily have fallen through. There was only a little card with instructions to download a transparency app and scan the transparency barcode on the product's packaging. Overall I am looking forward to putting this coop/run together and hope that I can reach out to your company for replacement of any missing parts.
